Delivery Information

At Pick & Pluck we deliver fresh groceries and household essentials directly to homes across west London. Your order is packed by our own team and brought to your door on our own delivery round, so everything arrives as fresh as it left us.

We currently deliver to the following areas only:

Hayes UB3, UB4

Northolt UB5

West Drayton UB7

Uxbridge UB8

Please check your postcode during checkout to confirm whether delivery is currently available to your address.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and delivered Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed before 9:00 AM are usually dispatched on the same working day.
Orders placed after 9:00 AM, on Sundays, or on UK bank holidays are scheduled for the next working day.
During festival periods and busy weekends, preparation may take slightly longer. We will confirm your delivery day by message.

Delivery windows

On the day of delivery, we will message you by WhatsApp or text with an estimated delivery time. If you need a particular time of day, please add a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate it. For more information on how we use your phone number, please see our Privacy Policy.

Payment options

You may pay securely by card at checkout, or select cash on delivery and pay our driver when your order arrives.
