Fresh Striped Ravaya are brinjals (aubergines) with distinctive pink, purple and white striped skin, available in a 500g pack. Their tender texture and versatile shape make them suitable for a variety of traditional and everyday dishes. Cook them whole, halved, cubed or stuffed depending on the recipe.

How to use: Stuffed brinjal, brinjal curry, kathirikai kulambu, sambar, fried brinjal and mixed vegetable dishes.

Storage: Store in a cool place and use within a few days.
