Pumpkin 500g

Fresh Pumpkin has vibrant orange flesh with a naturally mild and slightly sweet flavour, available in a 500g pack. It becomes soft and tender when cooked, making it a versatile ingredient for a variety of dishes. Peel, remove the seeds and cut into cubes before cooking.

How to use: Wattakka curry, pumpkin kulambu, sambar, poriyal, kootu, soup and roasting.

Storage: Wrap cut pumpkin and keep it refrigerated.
