TRS Chick Peas are dried white chickpeas (Kabuli Chana) in a pack. These versatile pulses have a firm texture and are ideal for a wide variety of traditional and everyday dishes. Soak overnight in plenty of water, then drain and cook thoroughly until tender before use.
How to use: Chana masala, chole, chickpea curry, kadala curry, sundal, hummus, falafel and salads.
