TRS Mung Dal is made from split and skinned yellow mung beans and comes in a 500g pack. Naturally quick to cook, mung dal requires little to no soaking and is ideal for preparing a variety of comforting everyday dishes. Rinse thoroughly before cooking.
How to use: Dal, parippu, kootu, pongal, khichdi, payasam and moong dal halwa.
